2. Information we use and why
This website does not provide customer accounts, enquiry forms, analytics or advertising. The hosting and sign-in service may process technical information such as IP address, device details, security events and sign-in information to deliver and protect the site. This is necessary to provide the service and support our legitimate interest in operating it securely.
If you allow Google Maps, Google may receive technical information, including your IP address and device information, when the map loads. We load the map only with your consent.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We remember your privacy choice in local storage for up to six months. This preference is used only to apply your choice and can be changed at any time using Cookie settings.
Google Maps remains blocked until you choose to allow it. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
4. Service providers and international transfers
The website uses ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI for hosting, access control and security. If enabled, Google provides the embedded map. These providers may process information outside the UK under their own transfer safeguards and privacy terms.
5. Retention
The consent preference stored on your device expires after six months. Hosting, security and sign-in records are retained by the relevant provider according to its operational and legal requirements. Stixs does not receive a copy of your Google Maps browsing data through this website.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to its use, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Contact Stixs first if you have a privacy request or complaint. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
